By mail, check only. Note:  Entry will not be considered complete until receipt of fees and original signature page.  Incomplete entries will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.

Entries: Use the 2012 Entry Form~Failure to do so could result in delayed processing. Entry fees include the $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event Secretary with your entry.

Competitors and Horses competing at/and above Novice level require USEA membership; include information on entry form(s). A copy of USEF membership card(s) (IP, P Divisions only) must accompany your entry.

BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 non-member fee with entry. 

Pre-Comp competitors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees.

CT competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees, but competitors who are not members must pay the $25 non-member fee regardless of level.

Withdrawals must be in writing (email OK). A $30 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from a waiting list.

Competition cancellation – Partial refund, after expenses are paid. Refunds upon receipt of veterinarian report. Veterinarian report must be mailed (or email attachment) to Show Secretary within 2 days of withdrawal.

$30.00 charge for lost pinny; no deposit required.

If under-subscribed by closing date, date will be extended. Entries accepted during extended close date period will be charged $25 processing fee.

Address: 65 County Rd D-66, Las Cruces, NM 88012 From I-25/US70 Interchange: Take Hwy. 70 East 7 miles to Holman/Dunn exit. Go north (left) under highway, on Holman Rd., approx. 3.5 miles to Isaacks Ranch on left. Watch for ISAACKS RANCH sign. If coming from the west during rush hours stay on I-10 to I-25 north to US 70 east. It’s a few extra miles, but saves about 10 stop lights. If not, I-10 exit 135 west of Las Cruces to US70 thru town.

Dressage Test & Arena Sizes: IP-2010 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. All-P 2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T 2010 USEF Training Test A-SM. All N 2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. All BN- 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. PreComp- USDF Intro. Level Test B (2011)-Sm. Arenas are sand/clay mix.

Cross Country: IP/P-2500 m @ 520 mpm. T-2150 m @ 420 mpm. N-1850 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1589 m @ 300 mpm. Pre-Comp Test 1500m @ 250m/m. All courses:  Easier than average, good place to move up, if you are qualified and going well. Terrain: Flat, open desert with mesquite and yucca. This is a working cattle ranch. Elevation is about 4000 feet.

Other information: Cross-country course closed October 30, 2012. Entry limit: 90. Riders limit 2 horses/level, 3 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and Birth Date on entry form. Management reserves the right to add, divide or combine any Division and accept or refuse any entry in accordance with article EV120.

Food on grounds Noon Friday – Noon Sunday.

Please use recycling bins as needed. Empty out water bottles before throwing away. Please do not put bags of hay in trash barrels. Put your empty shaving bags in trash trailer on north side of barn.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times, including the barn area.

$15 fine will be assessed for any dogs not on a leash.
